Yes. We provide material reference through physical swatch packs and fabric photos rather than in-person viewing. This helps you compare texture and finish before confirming your selection.
Most custom orders require around 10 – 14 working days, starting from payment and final artwork approval. If a paid test print swatch is required for colour-sensitive projects, please allow additional time for that review step before full production. A test print typically requires 3 – 5 working days.
Standard individual packaging is included for selected products. If you require alternative or presentation packaging, let us know in your enquiry and we can advise based on the product, quantity and timeline.
Yes. Artwork is handled with care and confidentiality throughout the order process. If your project requires a formal NDA, let us know at the enquiry stage and we can review it accordingly.
You may share your brand book colour references or Pantone codes where available. We can advise on the closest achievable print outcome based on the selected fabric and artwork. Printed colour may vary slightly from screen to fabric output, and very light tones may appear slightly different depending on the selected material. For colour-sensitive projects, we may recommend a paid 30 × 30 cm test print swatch before full production. Please note that this adds an additional review step and may extend the overall timeline.
