We’ll confirm the relevant FABX format, material route, quotation and any required approval steps.

Complete approvals
Final artwork, payment and any required physical sample approval must be complete before Production Release. Colour-sensitive projects may also require a test print first.

Production Release
Once all required approvals are complete, the project reaches Production Release and the bulk-production timeline starts.
Each stage confirms the decisions required for the next. Changes after approval may require re-review before production continues.

What can FABX help us create?
We create custom scarves, textile gifts and artwork-led pieces, considering how the artwork, fabric, finishing and presentation work together. Choose an established FABX product or submit a bespoke brief for assessment. Managed development, artwork support and additional services are scoped separately.
How do we begin?
Request the catalogue if you are exploring formats, fabrics, guide pricing and presentation. Use the Formal Quote form when your product direction, quantity and required in-hand date are sufficiently defined for assessment.
Can we see a sample before bulk production?
Yes. Corporate samples are arranged separately. New or changed product configurations require physical sample approval before bulk production. For established products, allow up to 10 working days from Sample Release for a Client Approval Sample, plus time to receive, review and approve it.
How much lead time should we allow?
Standard Corporate bulk production typically takes 14–16 working days from Production Release; allow approximately 18 working days to in-hand, subject to delivery arrangements. Artwork preparation, sampling and approvals require additional time. Bespoke development generally needs at least 4–6 weeks, or longer for involved briefs.
Can you accommodate an urgent deadline?
Rush may be available for eligible established-product projects of up to 100 pieces, subject to capacity and written confirmation. Allow 10 working days for bulk production after Production Release; sampling and approvals are additional. Rush is unavailable for bespoke development.
