Tiered Pricing

How tiered pricing works

Tiered pricing applies automatically when eligible quantities are added correctly to cart.

Where more than one discount is available, the best eligible discount will apply. For example, if tiered pricing gives a better discount than the 10% student discount, the tiered price will apply instead.
Custom Product Tiers

Custom product tiered pricing applies to eligible quantities of the same product and same size.

Different designs of the same product can be mixed.

Different product types cannot be combined to reach a tier.

2–4 pieces: 10% off
5–9 pieces: 12.5% off
10–19 pieces: 15% off
20–49 pieces: 25% off
50+ pieces: 30% off

Example:
Scarf 90 with different designs can qualify together.
Scarf 90 + Twilly + Furoshiki 70 cannot be combined to reach one tier.
Fabric Printing Volume Pricing

Fabric printing volume pricing applies to eligible quantities of the same fabric.

Different artworks on the same fabric can be mixed.

Different fabrics cannot be combined to reach a metre tier.

6–10m: 5% off
11–25m: 10% off
26–50m: 15% off
51–100m: 20% off
101m+: 25% off

Example:
6m Satin Hermes qualifies for the 6–10m tier.
3m Satin Hermes + 3m Drill Premium does not qualify because they are different fabrics.
Why is my tier discount not showing?

Tiered pricing only applies when the full qualifying quantity is added correctly within the eligible product or fabric setup.

Please check that:
- the items are eligible for tiered pricing
- the quantities are added in one order flow
- the custom products are the same product and same size
- the fabric printing items are the same fabric
- another discount is not being selected as the better eligible discount

Student Discount

Eligible students in Singapore can apply for a 10% student discount on selected FABX Studio orders.
Who can apply?

The student discount is available to eligible students in Singapore.

Students must register through the FABX Studio student registration page before using the discount.
What does the student discount apply to?

The student discount applies to eligible Fabric Printing and Custom Product orders.

It does not apply to swatches, swatch packs, or test prints.
Can I use the student discount with tiered pricing?

Where more than one discount is available, the best eligible discount will apply.

For example, if tiered pricing gives a better discount than the 10% student discount, the tiered price will apply instead.
How do I register?

Register through the FABX Studio student registration page using your student details.

Once approved, your student discount instructions will be sent according to the registration process.

FABX Rewards

Earn points on eligible online orders and redeem them for order discounts or delivery credits through the FABX Rewards widget.
How do FABX Rewards work?

FABX Rewards lets customers earn points through eligible online store orders and redeem them for available rewards.

To check your points, redeem a reward, or access your referral link, open the FABX Rewards widget at the bottom-right of the website or click here: FABX Rewards
How do I earn points?

You earn 1 point for every S$1 spent on eligible online store orders.

Points are earned through online store orders only.
What can I redeem my points for?

Current reward options include:

  • 80 points — S$2 Standard Delivery Credit
  • 200 points — S$5 Off Reward
  • 600 points — S$15 Same-Day Delivery Credit

The S$5 Off Reward requires a minimum purchase of $30.

Available rewards and redemption requirements may be updated from time to time. Please refer to the FABX Rewards widget for the active options.
How do I redeem points?

Open the FABX Rewards widget at the bottom-right of the website and select your preferred reward.

Once redeemed, you will receive a reward code to apply to your eligible order.

Each redeemed code is valid for one use unless otherwise stated.
What happens to points if my order is cancelled or refunded?

Points may be adjusted, removed, or reversed if an order is cancelled or refunded.

If a store credit refund is issued where applicable, the final reward or points adjustment may depend on the order issue and resolution.
What happens if I redeem a Delivery Credit but select a different delivery method?

Your order will be fulfilled according to the delivery method selected at checkout. Redeeming a Delivery Credit does not automatically change or upgrade your delivery method.

Standard Delivery Credit
Select Shipping: SingPost at checkout.

Same-Day Delivery Credit
Select Shipping: Same Day (GrabExpress/Lalamove) at checkout. If Standard Delivery is selected instead, your order will be sent via SingPost.
Does Same-Day Delivery shorten the production time?

No. Same-Day Delivery applies only after your order is completed and ready for dispatch.

It does not shorten the stated artwork, processing, or production lead time. GrabExpress delivery is also subject to courier availability and delivery coverage.
Can rewards be used with other discounts?

Combination eligibility varies by reward.

Some reward codes cannot be combined with other discounts, while selected combinations may be permitted. The active checkout and rewards programme rules will determine which savings can be applied to an order.

Where multiple non-combinable savings are available, select the option that provides the best value before completing checkout.

Referral Rewards

Share FABX Studio with a friend through the FABX Rewards widget and receive store credit when the referral is completed.
How do referral rewards work?

Referral rewards are managed through the FABX Rewards widget at the bottom-right of the website.

You can open the widget to access your referral link and share it with a friend.
What does my friend receive?

Your friend receives a 10% off coupon when they use your referral link, subject to the active referral programme rules.
What do I receive?

You receive S$15 store credit when the referral is completed, subject to the active referral programme rules.
Where can I find my referral link?

Open the FABX Rewards widget at the bottom-right of the website.

Your referral link and available rewards will be shown inside the widget when you are logged in or using the rewards programme.
Can referral rewards be combined with other discounts?

Where more than one discount or reward is available, the best eligible discount will apply.

Referral rewards, tiered pricing, student discounts, and other promotions are subject to the active checkout and rewards programme rules at the time of ordering.

Yes. Points, rewards, referral credit, or store credit may be adjusted, removed, or reversed if an order is cancelled, refunded, or otherwise adjusted.

Final adjustments depend on the order issue, refund type, and active programme rules.
Can FABX Studio update these rules?

Yes. Discount, reward, referral, tiered pricing, and store credit rules may be updated from time to time.

The active rules shown at checkout, in the rewards widget, or on the relevant product page will apply at the time of ordering.
