Return and Refund Policy
FABX Studio provides custom fabric printing and made-to-order products based on the artwork, fabric, size, quantity and specifications selected or approved by the customer.
Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Change-of-mind returns, exchanges and cancellations are not accepted once production has begun.
Production begins after payment, final artwork and any required specifications, approvals or clarifications have been confirmed. Once production begins, materials, printing, sewing, finishing or other preparation may already be underway specifically for your order.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
Changes or cancellations may only be possible before production begins. Once the artwork has been confirmed and the order has entered production, artwork replacements, specification changes, cancellations, returns or refunds may no longer be possible.
This includes orders where the customer has:
- uploaded or approved the wrong artwork;
- selected the wrong fabric, size, quantity or product specification; or
- changed their mind after production has begun.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged, defective or materially different from the confirmed order specifications.
Include:
- your order number;
- the name used for the order;
- a clear description of the issue;
- photographs of the full item;
- close-up photographs of the affected area;
- photographs of the packaging, where relevant; and
- confirmation of whether the item has been used, washed, ironed or altered.
Please retain all packaging until the issue has been reviewed, especially where delivery damage may be involved.
We will assess the matter and advise an appropriate resolution where applicable. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, price adjustment or refund.
Textile Printing Variations
Minor variations between the artwork displayed on a screen and the finished printed fabric are normal and do not automatically constitute a defect.
Appearance may vary because of:
- fabric colour, texture and absorbency;
- differences between screen and print colour;
- lighting and display settings;
- print placement;
- minor shrinkage or stretching; and
- reasonable production tolerances or minor marks inherent in textile production.
Customers requiring highly precise colour, scale or placement are encouraged to order a swatch or test print before proceeding with a larger order.
Returns
Do not send an item back without first contacting FABX Studio.
We do not accept unsolicited returns, in-person returns, studio drop-offs or return meet-ups. Where a return or other resolution is approved, we will provide the applicable instructions.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed individually based on the nature of the issue, the order type and the production status.
Custom fabric printing and custom products are generally not refundable for change-of-mind reasons once production has begun. Nothing in this policy excludes remedies that a customer may be entitled to under applicable Singapore law.
