Can I return or exchange a custom order?
Custom fabric printing and custom products are made to order based on your submitted artwork and selected specifications.
Because of this, change-of-mind returns, exchanges, and cancellations are generally not accepted once production has begun.
Can I cancel or change my order after checkout?
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
Changes or cancellations are only possible before production begins.
Once artwork has been confirmed and the order has entered production, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
When does production count as started?
Production begins only after payment, final artwork, and any required approval or clarification are fully confirmed.
Once your order has entered production, materials, printing, sewing, finishing, or other preparation may already be underway.
At that stage, changes, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges may no longer be possible because the order is being made specifically for your submitted artwork and selected specifications.
What if my item arrives damaged or there is a problem with the order?
Please contact us with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the item so we can review it.
Photos should show the full item, the affected area, and the packaging where relevant.

What information should I include when reporting an issue?
To help us review the issue, please include:
- your order number
- the name used for the order
- a clear description of the issue
- photos of the full item
- close-up photos of the affected area
- photos of the packaging if the parcel arrived damaged
- whether the item has been used, washed, ironed, or altered
We may not be able to assess an issue properly without clear photos and order details.
Will slight colour variation count as a defect?
Not usually.
Minor variation between screen display and printed fabric is a normal part of textile printing and does not automatically qualify as a defect.
Print appearance can vary depending on fabric base, texture, absorbency, print method, lighting, and screen display differences.
Will print placement, shrinkage, or minor marks count as a defect?
Textile printing may involve slight variation in colour, print placement, shrinkage, stretching, or minor marks that fall within normal production tolerance.
These are not automatically classified as manufacturing faults.
If your artwork requires very precise colour, placement, or scale, we recommend ordering a swatch or test print before proceeding with a larger order.
Can I return an item because I changed my mind?
Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted for custom fabric printing or custom products once production has begun.
These orders are made specifically for your submitted artwork, selected fabric, size, quantity, and product specifications.
Can I return an item if I uploaded the wrong artwork?
If you uploaded the wrong file, please contact us as soon as possible.
If production has not started, we may be able to update the file.
Once artwork has been confirmed and the order has entered production, artwork changes, replacements, cancellations, returns, or refunds may no longer be possible.
Can I return an item if I selected the wrong size, fabric, or quantity?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error after checkout.
If production has not started, we may be able to review whether a change is possible.
Once production has begun, changes, returns, exchanges, or cancellations may no longer be possible because the order is custom-made according to the selected order details.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are reviewed case by case depending on the nature of the issue and the order type.
Approved resolutions, if applicable, will be handled according to the specific issue, production status, and whether the item is a custom-made order.
Custom fabric printing and custom products are generally not refundable for change-of-mind reasons once production has begun.
Can I return items in person?
No. We do not offer in-person returns, studio returns, or meet-ups.

What if my parcel is damaged during delivery?

Keep the packaging until the issue has been reviewed, as courier-related issues may require photos of the external packaging, internal packaging, and affected item.
