This section covers FABX Studio delivery options, local Singapore delivery, urgent courier delivery, international shipping, tracking, and collection policy.

How do you ship orders?

For local Singapore orders, we typically ship by SingPost or arrange same-day local courier via GrabExpress where applicable.

For international orders, we ship via DHL Express.

Do you ship within Singapore?

Yes. We ship locally within Singapore.

The available delivery method may depend on the order size, order type, parcel weight, urgency, and whether the order is ready for dispatch.

What local delivery options do you offer?

Our usual local delivery options are:

SingPost for standard local delivery
GrabExpress for urgent same-day local delivery after production is completed, where applicable

Production time and delivery time are separate. Urgent delivery can only be arranged once the order is ready for dispatch.

How long does local delivery take?

As a general guide:

SingPost: around 2–4 working days
GrabExpress: same day after the order is ready for dispatch, where applicable

These are delivery estimates only. Production must be completed before delivery begins.

Can I request same-day or next-day delivery?

Where feasible, local urgent delivery may be arranged after production is completed.

This depends on order readiness, location, parcel size, and courier availability.

Same-day or urgent delivery does not mean same-day production. Production itself is not same-day.

Do you offer self-collection or studio meet-ups?

No. We do not offer self-collection, studio collection, or in-person meet-ups.

Orders are dispatched through the available delivery methods instead.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship internationally via DHL Express.

International shipping availability, cost, and delivery timing may depend on the destination country, parcel size, parcel weight, customs requirements, and courier conditions.

How long does international delivery take?

International transit time depends on destination, customs clearance, and courier conditions.

As a general guide, DHL Express deliveries are typically faster than standard international mail, but final transit timing varies by country.

Customs clearance, duties, taxes, and local import rules are outside FABX Studio’s control.

How are shipping charges calculated?

Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, parcel weight, and order type.

The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout where applicable.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping, if available, will be shown at checkout or stated on the relevant product, collection, or promotion page.

If no free shipping option is shown at checkout, the order may not be eligible under the current shipping rules.

How do I track my parcel?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.

For same-day local courier deliveries, tracking may be shared separately depending on the courier arrangement.

Why has my order not shipped yet?

Your order may still be in production, artwork review, clarification, checking, finishing, or packing.

Delivery only begins after production is completed and the order is ready for dispatch.

If artwork access is missing, approval is pending, payment is incomplete, or order details require clarification, production may be delayed.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

If you need to change your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible.

Address changes may only be possible before the order has been dispatched. Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier or postal service, changes may no longer be possible.
