New to FABX Studio? This guide explains how to choose and order fabric printing or a listed custom product through our website.
Should I choose fabric printing or a custom product?
Choose Fabric Printing if you want your artwork printed onto fabric by length and will handle the sewing or final use yourself.
Choose Custom Products if you want a finished item printed with your artwork, such as a scarf, twilly, furoshiki, cushion cover, table runner or other listed product.
What is included in a website order?
Your order covers the fabric printing or finished product, quantity and options selected on the listing.
Submit print-ready artwork and select from the available sizes, fabrics and finishes.
Artwork editing, product development and personal project consultation are not included.
Do you print on customer-provided fabric or products?
No. FABX Studio only prints on FABX Studio fabrics and materials.
We do not print or sew on customer-provided fabric, garments, blank products or pre-made items.
Can I customise the size or change the fabric?
Choose from the size and fabric options shown on the product page.
Unlisted sizes or fabrics are not available through website checkout.
Can you make a product that is not listed?
Website orders are limited to listed products and their available specifications.
General on-demand sewing, prototyping and unlisted product requests are not available through the online store.
Can I use my own labels?
Customer-supplied label sewing is not available through website checkout.
Do I need finished artwork before ordering?
Yes. Prepare your final artwork at the correct print dimensions and use the FABX template where one is provided.
Design editing, resizing and artwork correction are not included. See Artwork & Design Files for the preparation requirements.
Can I review the fabric or print result first?
Order a swatch pack to assess available fabrics or a test print to assess your artwork on fabric.
A test print does not include sewing or finished-product construction.
Allow time to receive and review your swatch or test print before placing the main order.
How long will my order take?
Fabric printing takes approximately 7 working days, or up to 10 working days for larger orders.
Custom products take approximately 12 working days, or up to 14 working days for larger orders.
Check the production time on your chosen listing. Production excludes weekends, relevant public holidays and delivery time.
Any required clarification or proof approval must be completed before production begins.
Can I request Rush production?
Website orders follow the production time stated on the listing.
Rush production and priority scheduling are not available through website checkout.
We do not offer same-day production. Choosing faster delivery does not shorten production time.
What about artwork copyright and confidentiality?
Rights to submitted artwork remain with the original artist, brand or copyright owner. You must have the necessary rights or permission to use the artwork you submit. We use your files to fulfil the printing or production service requested. We do not publish or display customer artwork on our website or social media without permission. We may retain files for a limited period for repeat-order reference.
