Start Here: Choosing the Right FABX Studio Service

New to FABX Studio? Start here for the most common questions about what we do, what we do not offer, and how to choose the right service before ordering.


Do you print on customer-provided fabric or products?

No. FABX Studio only prints on FABX Studio fabrics and materials. Our custom products are produced using our own fabric base and production workflow.

This helps us maintain consistency across fabric handling, printing, sewing, finishing, packing, and quality control.


Should I choose fabric printing or a custom product?

Choose Fabric Printing if you want your artwork printed onto fabric by length and you will handle the sewing or final use yourself.

Choose Custom Products if you want FABX Studio to turn your artwork into a finished item such as a scarf, twilly, furoshiki, cushion cover, table runner, bookmark, coaster, or selected textile gift.


Can I customise the size or change the fabric of a product?

Please select from the size and fabric options shown on the product page.

If you would like to use a different FABX Studio fabric that is not currently listed for that product, or require a different size, please contact us before ordering so we can review whether it is possible for that specific item.


Can I choose a fabric and have it made into a product that is not listed on the website?

We do not offer general on-demand sewing or prototyping services.

If you have a special or corporate project that falls within our scope, you may send us the full requirements for review. Approval depends on the product type, artwork, material, quantity, timeline, and production feasibility.


Do you accept rush orders?

We do not offer same-day production.

As a general guide, our usual lead time is around 5–10 working days for fabric printing and 10–14 working days for custom products. Larger quantities or orders requiring clarification may take longer.

Where feasible, only delivery may be expedited after production is completed. An urgent deadline does not automatically shorten production.


Can I use my own labels?

For eligible custom product orders, customer-supplied labels may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Please contact us before ordering if label sewing is required, as this must be confirmed in advance and may involve additional charges.


What about artwork copyright and confidentiality?

All rights to the submitted artwork remain with the original artist, brand, or copyright owner. We use your files only to fulfil the printing or production service requested.

We do not publish or display customer artwork on our website or social media unless permission has been given.

We may retain files for repeat orders for a limited period for operational reference.


What should I prepare before contacting FABX Studio?

To help us advise you properly, please prepare the following where applicable:

  • the product or service you are interested in
  • your artwork file or design idea
  • preferred fabric, if known
  • preferred size or product format
  • quantity required
  • target delivery date
  • any packaging, label, or presentation requirements

The more complete your information is, the easier it is for us to check feasibility, pricing, timeline, and the best production route.
