How do I place an order?
Choose the product you want, review the product information carefully, upload or link your artwork where required, select the relevant options, and add the item to cart before proceeding to checkout.
Please check the product type, fabric, size, quantity, artwork file, and delivery details carefully before confirming your order.
How do I order fabric printing?
Select your chosen fabric printing listing, upload or link your artwork, check the print size and quantity carefully, and complete checkout.
Fabric printing is ordered by length. If your artwork length exceeds 1 metre, increase the quantity accordingly.
How do I order a custom product?
Select the custom product you want, review the product information, download and use the correct template where applicable, choose the listed options, upload or link your artwork, and proceed to checkout.
For custom products, please make sure the artwork is final and prepared using the correct FABX Studio template where provided.
How do I know if my artwork is ready for print?
Your file should be prepared to the correct dimensions, in the correct template where required, and in a suitable resolution for print.
If there is an issue with access, size, layout, template use, or file suitability, we may contact you for clarification before proceeding.
How does order review work?
After your order is placed, we may review the submitted file for access, sizing, layout, template use, or other artwork-related issues before moving forward.
If clarification or approval is needed, we will contact you by email before proceeding.
Order review does not include full design editing, proofreading, colour correction, layout correction, or repeat pattern setup unless separately discussed.
Will I receive a design proof?
Not for every order.
If a proof, clarification, or artwork confirmation is required, we will contact you before production.
If no additional clarification is needed, we may proceed based on the submitted artwork and order details.
When does production begin?
Production begins only after payment, final artwork, and any required approval or clarification are fully confirmed.
Production does not begin from the first enquiry, first draft, or first file upload if important details are still pending.
If artwork access is missing, approval is pending, payment has not been completed, or order details need clarification, production has not started yet.
Is payment required before production begins?
Yes. Orders are only processed after payment is received.
Production begins only after payment, final artwork, and any required approval or clarification are confirmed.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
If a payment option is not shown at checkout, it may not be available for your order, location, or selected checkout method.
What should I do if my payment does not go through?
Please check that:
- your billing details are entered correctly
- your card or payment method is supported
- your card is enabled for online transactions
- you have sufficient funds or credit available
If the issue continues, please contact your payment provider or try another payment method.
I did not receive a payment or order email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first.
If you still have not received it, contact us with your name and order details so we can review it.
How will I know the status of my order?
You will typically receive:
- an order confirmation email after checkout
- an email from us if file clarification or approval is required
- a shipping confirmation email with tracking, where applicable, once your order has been dispatched
If we need anything from you before production can continue, we will contact you by email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
Changes or cancellations are only possible before production begins.
Once artwork has been confirmed and the order has entered production, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
Why is my order taking longer than expected?
Delays can happen if artwork access is missing, the file needs clarification, approval is pending, or the order requires more production time due to quantity or complexity.
Public holidays, supplier schedules, courier timing, and larger custom product orders may also affect the final timeline.
Do you offer quantity-based pricing?
Yes. Selected products have automatic tiered pricing based on quantity.
Tiered pricing applies within eligible collections and products based on the quantity added in a single order. The discounted price is reflected automatically when the stated tier is met.
Why is my tier discount not showing correctly?
Tiered pricing only works when the full qualifying quantity is added correctly within the eligible product or collection setup.
Please check:
- that the items are within the same eligible tier-pricing setup
- that the full quantity has been added in one order flow
- that another discount code is not overriding the automatic pricing
Can I apply a promo or student discount code at checkout?
Yes, where applicable. Enter the code at checkout exactly as provided.
Discount codes must be applied before completing checkout. They cannot usually be applied retroactively after payment.
Can I use more than one discount code on one order?
No. Only one discount code can be used per order.
Can tier pricing be combined with discount codes?
Student discount codes are not stackable with tiered pricing.
Other discount or reward combinations may depend on the checkout rules in effect at the time of ordering.
Are discount codes valid on shipping charges?
Discount codes generally apply to eligible products only and do not usually apply to shipping charges unless specifically stated.
What should I check before completing checkout?
Before completing your order, please check:
- the selected product is correct
- the size, fabric, and quantity are correct
- your artwork file or link is correct and accessible
- the correct FABX Studio template has been used where required
- the delivery address and contact details are correct
- the production timeline works for your deadline
- any discount code has been applied before payment
