Terms & Conditions

All bookings must be paid through our website to confirm your session. Unless otherwise agreed or for session extensions, we do not accept cash payment on the day itself. If you are going to be late for your session, please give us at least 1 hour notice if you wish to move your slot to a later timing and this will be subjected to availability. Any changes are subjected to availability and priority will be given to a paying customer. Do contact us via email hello@thefablabsg.com or call 91760472 should you have any queries. The Fab Lab reserves the right to change our Booking Policy at any time.

Early Arrivals

Please arrive on time or 5 minutes before your session begins. There is no need to come earlier than your scheduled appointment as the studio will be ready for you when your slot is in session. If you arrive 15 or 30 minutes earlier than your session, you will have to wait outside the studio as we might have another booked session.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes later that your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to cancel with or without informing you. Our slots are hourly back-to-back with no intervals so there is no extension provided even if you do show up later. However if our staff is late or there’s an unforeseen delay, you will get a complimentary extension to make up for any lost time.

Reschedule Sessions

If you are unable to make it for your session, please e-mail us to reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This will provide us with enough time to offer the appointment slot to another client. Failure to do so will be subjected to no refund even if you did not use the session but booked up the timing. We appreciate your kind understanding on this matter as the slots are limited and could be used by someone else.

No Shows

If you are unable to make it for your session, please e-mail us to reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. No refunds will be given for no shows. In the event that you do not show up and have not paid for your session, you will be blacklisted from the system. We appreciate your kind understanding on this matter as our staff have to make they way to the studio to facilitate your session.

Third-Parties

If you are booking the studio with third-parties (photographers, models, make-up artists, etc), please ensure that you arrive ahead of them for your session. If they arrive early before your session begins, they will have to wait outside the studio. If they arrive when your session begins and you are not present, they will be allowed in and the session will proceed as normal so there will not be any extensions.

Session Extensions

If you wish to make an extension, please inform us at least 1 hour before the end of your session and make your payment to our staff overseeing your session and this will be subjected to availability.

Partner Platforms

For bookings made via our partner platforms Getspaces or JRC, rescheduling within the same day or another date is not allowed and no refunds will be given for no shows on our side. You may cancel your booking and the terms of refunds may or may not be given depending on our partners policies.
